I was born on a small island called Chiloane, south of Beira. I got a Diploma in Catering at West Thames College, in London. Later, I graduated in Hospitality Management with food service at Thames Valley University in London.
While I lived in Europe, I travelled to Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Mombai, Chennai, New Delhi and Goa, to gain experience in different cultures and gastronomy.
I was invited to join the Gorongosa Restoration Project by a friend and was very happy to be a part of this big family, where I get the opportunity to share my knowledge with people who live around the Park.
I love working in Gorongosa because the beauty of this Park and environment free of pollution make me feel relaxed.
